Filed I-130 in Nov 2012, received NOA1 by email on Nov 19th. Still at NBC, wonder when can be transferred to a service center. Anyone filed in Nov and been transferred please let us know! :)

Same boat as you with the same notification date. Called the ISO and she stated that when or if my case is transferred, I will be notified. How long did it take for you to see the case online?

I don't know how long it took. When I knew I could view that online, it was already there. And the last updated date was 12/18. Do you have any idea what last updated date mean? Thanks!

Same update date as mine. It represents the last time the file was touched. I'm guessing that's the day of their mass data load into the system because that's when I could see the status online.

Thanks. I found some information about the date in an old thread as following:

You're petition has a bar code and everytime someones touches your petition they swipe the bar code and the 'last updated' on the website date changes. Sadly, they touch your application to count it, move it, or relocate it. It could mean it has been moved to an adjudicators desk, or it could mean your petition was moved from filing cabinet A to filing cabinet B due to a leaky pipe

Don't put to much stock behind touches, some people get heaps of spread out touches during their journey, some get approved with no touches

I like to imagine that the children in your picture write your posts.

ya, bonus points for translating the sentence one of them is speaking ;)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

A "touch" means they scanned the bar code on the file to record that it's been moved from one place to another... from one desk to another, one filing cabinet to another, or one department to another, or maybe they picked it up to dust under it. But everyone pretends it means that it has completed an internal step and is waiting for the next internal step. It may do. :)

No, you shouldn't be worried. Of the 100 or so cases filed on Nov 7th and 8th that I found around mine...only 5 had been approved.

There are also plenty of September and October filers not yet approved.
