Since they were doing this on the other thread, I thought it might be fun.

Here are the 20 I-130s above and below my case number (by changing the last digits), all with a received date of November 8th (except mine that I am assuming is November 8) that are still in initial review: 40, 42, 46, 51, 55, 59, 60-63, 66-80

That is 25 I-130s still in initial review.

There are two approved: 64,65 on December 20th.

Here is to hoping it gets approved in the next 2-3 weeks.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

I just checked mine the same way and didn't see any approvals. All were still in initial review with NOA1 ranging from Nov 1 - Nov 22. Mine in Nov 19.

Just got off the phone with a Tier-2 and my case is still at NBC under initial review. She stated that if it was moved to a local service center that I would be notified by mail. She then went onto state that it may take anywhere between 7-9 months to get approved and I told her that online it stated 5 months. Didn't go over too well and she began to get annoyed. I quickly ended the call as I knew it wasn't going to go any further.

Maybe she meant the total process? Some of the things ISOs are saying lately is making me think they might not be as well informed as we thought.

Wow that is great. I'm already collecting all of the paperworks for the NVC step to ensure that I can send the paperwork quickly. Fingers crossed.

I don't like it as before NBC, the service centers would approve USCs living abroad in under a month, but NBC just puts us in the regular stack - which is complete and utter BS, especially because we don't get DCF being from certain countries. :crying::crying:

Looking at Igor's list for every case that's been done, there are a ton that are still pending so I am not getting my hopes up too much. My projected Noa2 date is around Feb2 but I am guessing this is calculated by the avg time of cases at NBC which already got NOA2 and doesn't factor in the pending cases. So my own realistic estimate is more like April for NOA2, I hope I am wrong.

Just logged on and saw that we got touched on 12/19. Let's hope it's good news and not a RFE.

Happy New year everyone here...my PD is Nov. 13 and I also click on that website to check everyday (sometimes even twice) & I get that Initial Review showing up too. But I want to ask what does it mean when you said "we got TOUCHED"? And how would I know if I got TOUCHED too? LOL

Anyways, I am still waiting patiently to get that NOA2! And I hope January will be our month for because our app is at NBC too.
