HELP! Got RFE for I751 but they list the wrong application type on top

I asked another question about my RFE and what they were wanting, but just now looked the first page over more thoroughly and realized the "application type/petition" box at the top has "I-821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" on the top instead of what we really applied for, which was the I751 removal of conditions. The first (blue) page is very vague and just states to return the RFE with the evidence requested on the second page. The second page is obviously intended for the I751 application as it is "evidence of good faith marriage." Do we call USCIS? Or do we need to make an infopass appt? I guess we can't really just respond to the RFE as usual since it has the wrong type of application on the top of it.

Just in case anyone has the same problem - since we didn't get a response on here - we contacted customer service and were told it was simply a clerical error. Probably someone didn't clear the screen entirely before moving on to our RFE, and that in no way affected our application type anywhere else in their system. She instructed us to call attention to it just in case by putting an X over it (although not scratching it out entirely) and writing I-751 nearby. We also added a small post-it not on the first page explaining that we had called customer service and they had instructed us to do so.
