I called yesterday and told them that I field service request 3 weeks ago ! And they said nothing new to me .. They told me to write email to California !!! ??? What's? If they don't approve visas how will they respond to emails?? Have anyone heard that about writing emails?

An they said they working on July 18 th now

August 22nd. We contacted our senator that replied to us the same day :dance: asking us to scan and email our receipt and a privacy form and that they will inquire on our case. Now keeping my finger crossed that i ll hear something soon ! :blush:

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

and yeah those people on the phone are useless and always say something different. This is why my fiance and I took a different route.

K1 Journey:

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

It's been 10 days since we got an email notification that we have RFE...

Still haven't got the actual RFE mail in my mailbox.. :(

August 13th here..

my congressman email me that they say to wait up to 45 more days, if i don't hear anything from them my congressman will do something about it....

Any updates from anyone?

That was my congressman response 2 weeks ago. Of course since then no news... July CSC here

"We have contacted the California Service Center on your behalf. They confirmed that your case appears to be running behind schedule. Fortunately, the Congressional Liaison agreed to pull your file to determine if it can be adjudicated immediately. If your file is complete, and if the Agency does not need any additional evidence in order to reach a decision, you should receive a decision shortly. We will provide you with updated information as soon as it is received."
