Hahaha that's how I feel today and u know I'm sooooo happy I feel like I will get my NOA 2 this month lol I dnt know I just have this feeling we will all be accepted this month yeyyyyy

We got an email from USCIS stating that we got an RFE... Dnt know the details yet for having an RFE until we will get the notice they mailed us...:(

We got an email from USCIS stating that we got an RFE... Dnt know the details yet for having an RFE until we will get the notice they mailed us...:(

Hope it's an easy one and you get your approval soon.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

I really hope so it is... but still happy though coz it meant one thing they are working on our papers... And it is also knowing that we are one step closer...

I advised everyone here waiting to try to ask help from their congressman or senator... better to call their offices though...

Most August filers who got approved or got RFE asked their congressman/senator's help...

we did too...

How do you cntact your congressman or senator? How do you find out how to contact them?

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014

ROC I-751:

Sent: 01/09/16

NOA1: 01/11/16

But on that notice it says that it was the status as of 31st December. They should be a lot further on by now.

i just noticed CSC change processing timeframe from 5 months to july 18th date on uscis website

How do you cntact your congressman or senator? How do you find out how to contact them?

You can contact your congressman/senator anytime though... we did after we passed the 5 months waiting period... at first we have to figure out which congressman to contact, the congressman for the district he belongs to... then they have their webpages and on the contact us part they have the option to send an email so we did send an email regarding our case. we didn't get any response though. so after 2 weeks of waiting we tried calling their office last friday and the aide who is in charge sent us a privacy form which my fiance need to fill out and fax back to them... but i suggest it is better to call their office though...

No I didn't get NOA2 yet but we got an RFE..

Didn't remember posting that I receive NOA2 though...

My post in this thread and on another thread as well as my status said we got RFE notice through email and didn't know what it is yet and will know when the actual RFE mail will be received...
