I agree with you! Sure they are not processing within the 5 months... I guess its 7 months now.. I guess they just haven't updated their waiting times in their website..

Are we going to see any approvals from CSC this week?

I just noticed on Igor's list I've gone up to #215, I was #209 about a month ago. Guess a lot of frustrated people are coming here and joining the party.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

Yup! a lot of people are joining the group... I see August filers(CSC) went up to over a hundred here in VJ.

Maybe onesies, twosies, but far short of to tens, twenties I would enjoy. I'm sure I've mentioned it before but USCIS provides historical trend data for I-129F (and other types of petitions). For CSC, I would expect the number of approvals in February to be only marginally better than each of the past 4 months. Based on the CSC historical trend CSC won't pick up until March. My opinion only but YMMV

Hi everyone,

We are CSC-filers...August 6th NOA1, and trust me, y'all. We are counting the moments here, and actually need to stop doing that.

The fact of the matter is that, while we couldn't have known it at the time and filed when we did, we just ended up really unlucky in terms of the time of the year to file.

Had we all applied a month or two earlier, it would have been done faster. Most of us are approaching 6 months here, which is a month over the original 5 month deadline that CSC was operating with.

There's talk of them working on other visa applications, which is most certainly true, but we also got hit with Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's etc.

Any experienced person on the site will tell you "your time is coming...hang tight." And at the end of the day, that message has to ring true with us all.

It's really slower than sh*t at the moment and it really stinks for us all, but I"m really hoping here that in the next few weeks, CSC gets crackin' on the August apps.

My own personal prediction is that once they do, they are going to be poppin' them out like mad just to get them done...hopefully, it's not just wishful thinking on my part.

Be strong, everyone...

Hi there

I am an August 10th filler I called and expedited my case but nothing helped. I guess it's 7.2 months thing now and we should wait. Ur so right I always tell everyone that this time of year that we filled is the busiest n not that much luck but still let's pray and hope for a fast response from csc. Good luck to all and I just pray to hear from them this February as its going to be 6 months for most of us.

This is sad that we are so desperate for some approvals, we are keeping track of RFE's.

I know it is...

they weren't expedited though... they contacted their senator and after a couple of days they got the RFE notification...
