At least, now, we know the reason for the delay. Just have to wait and put our plans on hold. Easier said than done... but on the bright side, we have clocked four months of waiting. It cannot be that much longer, just maybe not today. But it is sure to come. Delay is not denial. God bless us all.

Hi everyone! I wanted to help everybody out there and maybe help you understand the process a little more. I've been reading a lot about calling and getting the same response. As of right now were processing July 17th applications at CSC. Trust me I've heard the same thing also for three weeks until I finally got through to them. Not going to tell the whole story but here you go.

The reason your told that is because at USCIS there computers are updated only once a month. They explained to me near the end of the month is when they get updated. So I'd call back around this coming Friday. If you haven't already recieved your noa2 this week.

Another thing some people have stated that they clearly say they process first come first serve basis. Well technically they don't. This is why you see some in early August already done. The reason is because all there adjudicator is given a stack of applications. Depending on who gets yours in his or her stack will depend on how fast you get processed. Basically some our faster then the others. Guess I got the slow hand also mine was actually noa1 July 30th.

One more thing if they tell you that you can't file a service request ask to speak to an immigration officer, they will put one in for you. Now granted you might wait online for about an hour but they will answer. There is a site you can go to also. California service center guidelines. Check it out if you really need to contact them yourself. The wait time has changed to roughly 176 days I see for CSC.

Good luck to all of us. Hang in there and know its coming soon. God Bless all of you.

Hey 129F family. I just read on the immigration timeline (on the top right hand side of the bars) that they are currently processing August 29, 2012 for the California Service Center. As for the Vermont Service Center, it states they are currently processing July 17, 2012. I'm a bit confused as I received my NOA1 on August 27, 2012 and have yet to receive the NOA2. I'm hoping us august filers will be celebrating with wine over the webcam soon, and soon after, wine and dine in real life! as Mr. and Mrs. ___

Please keep us updated, and I will keep you guys updated too. Best wishes everyone!
