...Interesting....I just got off the phone with a USCIS customer service manager. He told me customer service can only see the same processing information that we see. They cannot see anymore than us. If CSC has a different processing date or is about to announce a change in processing date, the manager I spoke to told me they will not see it until it is available to all of us.

As they say "your milage may vary...."

Yet in January, when processing times said 5 months, my fiancee was told they were processing July 18th and they wouldn't do a service request. Seems someone can see a different screen

I read somewhere that because they sent some documents to texas to balance the work load, CSC would be throwing up the excessive amount of documents they've accumulated. Even though they've stepped up from being salted snails to snails on wheels, it still isn't much of an improvement. I was expecting so much more. Please don't say "keep positive and keep praying" I appreciate it, but dang this patience game is not my forte. The thing that really rises my blood pressure is how fast they cashed my check, and you're telling me they don't have enough funds to get more workers to crack open some cases that probably have dust and spiders all over them by now? I'm a newborn baby compared to those who are July filers and God help the ones even before that. This is unacceptable. I've emailed two senators and a congressman, and am still waiting on a response. This frustration I feel is beyond explanation.

Here it is, another misleading sunny Monday. Another ' a big nothing' week? I hope not but there have been so many Mondays, weeks so far it is hard to stay optimistic. I keep myself busy trying to get as much evidence as possible just in case we get rfe. I think I am getting paranoid. :bonk:

I can not write English well but I had an idea that I think is beneficial to all who are waiting for the NOA2.

I wrote an email and sent to the office of California showing my anger at the neglect cases that are waiting here I'll paste the email I sent and I hope you do the same. My fiance who is the petitioner sent a copy also.

Hello dear

I've been through this email to show my outrage at my case, there are many situations that I come here to express how:

You guys say that every month the dates of change processes but actually it was not happening.

He says that the whole process was 5 months and now went 7-9 to put people on hold much longer than that without ever receiving any information from your side.

The telephone number provided to know about our case is useless because after all only tells us what the website shows.

If each process is working as the arrival not understand why the case where the person is not military and not be in danger in such a short time managed the whole process as this case of only 19 to receive the NOA2.

http://www.visajourn...le.php?id=83989

And many cases are on a waiting list that seems endless as this link processes unresolved.

http://www.visajourn..._filers.php?cfl =

Making life so hard for your U.S. citizens who are separated from the person you love just waiting for a visa that does not have a discretion to sue in the order of arrival.

Just noticed this on USCIS website.....that explains the no approvals. Gonna be another rubbish week.

USCIS California Service Center Closed Due to Plumbing Issues

On Monday, March 25, 2013, some customers were notified of delivery delays to the USCIS California Service Center (CSC). The delays were the result of a temporary closure of CSC due to plumbing issues. The CSC will remain closed on Tuesday, March, 26, 2013. Deliveries will resume once CSC reopens. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
