London United Kingdom: CR-1 Visa came in 5 days

Well its now almost 3... still no Visa!! Haha, all the stress and waiting through this process and even down to the last thing, no relief.

OMIGOD that is INCREDIBLE after you will have paid the higher fee as well. I am not sure where you live - have you checked the courier's website to see if they are reporting delays? You need to phone them or something. This is terrible - you poor thing!! The stress of this all is just mindblowing isn't it? Please post on here when you finally get it !! Wishing you well xx

Good job I did call! Somehow my package was missed off the list and the driver just went and did his other deliveries. He's turning around and should be with me within an hour.

This is the company we're trusting with our visas and passports! Shocking service.

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!! And there you were trusting in the service for which you have paid handsomely waiting patiently - can you imagine if you hadn't phoned??? Many many best wishes for your journey tomorrow and your new life in Americky. At least on this site we can hold each others' hands and commiserate when things go wrong like this.

Oh dear Shockable - hope everything is a lot more plainsailing from now on. Do give a report on your arrival on the POE section - I hope to goodness its uneventful!!

VISA ARRIVED 9AM TODAY!! I had paid extra for the before 10am delivery, but after some of the posts I have seen on here I had no great expectations of it arriving on time. My interview was on Friday 9th November and the following Monday was a holiday for the Embassy (Veterans' Day). So my visa arrived on the fifth working day after my interview which is pretty good I think. The mysterious brown envelope that comes with the passport and which you are not allowed to open is HUGE! A3 size!

Good luck to everyone else expecting visas to arrive!
