does anybody have any information on whether or not the damage to kingston and the electricity is affecting the embassy? are they even up and running again? i know my family in the country side is barley able to use the phone right now in some places in saint thomas. worried if the embassy tried to call and the cell phone would not even go to voice mail when the power was out for several days.

Good Morning . . They are back up and running. Yesterday they emailed me all of the remaining documents for my man's upcoming interview and answered my questions. So they are open . .

Thanks, still waiting for them to call my sister n law and notify them of their turn to go for dna testing. it sucks waiting knowing they do them in the order they were received but zero time frame. I have no clue. Hopefully they will let the sister n law take them to the dna test. the dna company said some countries are okay with a guardian but some want legal guardian, i think jamaica is okay with just a guardian because they were okay with the sister n law taking them to the interview. they are aware the mother is not involved. then does anybody know how long after the dna test gets done til they will give me another appointment?
