I'd just like to say, it's definitely an insult to someone to call their relationship gross and abnormal.

You can think it's gross, but then you have to admit you are openly insulting their life decision for a partner. That's fine if you don't mind insulting people.

I cannot understand the age gap thing myself. That is not an insult. If I said it's gross, then yes it's an insult.

People should look up the definition of insult I think...

That is very well said, but saying something well is overlooked here. I have expressed this point many times only to be told that it is not only not an insult, but en expression of a PREFERENCE that I must accept as valid.

It would be stupid to believe that everyone must accept yout preferences, but to tell you you're gross and abnormal, defend it being said as ok, then attack someone for objecting because they aren't supposed to care what is said about them is been building insult upon insult. And too few here are smart enough to see it.
