WHEN TO SEND IN OUR PACKETS TO NVC

Hi, I have paid both the AOS and IV bill online. They are both showed as "PAID". Am I supposed to wait for NVC to send me packets (I-864 packet & DS-230 packet) and they include the forms to fill out and return? Or am I ok to print the forms from online and mail them to the NVC??

Also, I don't meet the income guidelines to sponsor my husband in the US. My mom is going to sponsor. Is she a joint sponsor or a co sponsor? Also what form does she need to fill out to be a sponsor? She does not reside in the same household. And do we need to pay another AOS fee of $88 since she is sponsoring?

Don't wait. Get the forms online at the USCIS website and send them already. I sent the I-864 and DS-230 at the same time (in different envelopes), both got accepted.

The $88 fee is one per immigrant, even if you have two sponsors. You will fill out one I-864 with your income and all supporting documents and your mom will fill out another I-864 with all supporting documents.
