I-751 November 2012 filers

Well I'm pretty late to join in here but since I'm a November filer as well figured I'd add myself to the list. Really didn't want to stress too much over this part of the process (if you read any of my timeline you'll see that my journey has been kinda rough) so we just mailed off the papers and let them be without counting the days.

Anyway aside from having to do my fingerprinting for the biometrics TWICE since the FBI rejected the first set, this has probably been the easiest part of the journey. Got my letter of approval today, so happy that we weren't sent in for another interview.

So if anyone wants to add us to the list, here are the dates:

Application mailed: 11/13/12

NOA1: 11/19/12

Biometrics: 12/18/12

(Second biometrics: 01/15/13)

Approval date: 04/26/13

We got our approval text and checked online today. It's been approved 5/2/2013. Didn't even expect it just so soon. So we are happy it's done and now only one more step and we are done with USCIS.

I don't have nothing of that with my wife,everything else they ask me I can proof.what should I do?and should I make any cover letter when I will send all they asked me? Thanks

You can go to a local notary today with two friends and just make a will. This is actually a good idea not matter about the USCIS. A notary is not too important, but would make it more official.

Also, are you employed? Is your wife employed? If you are employed then you should have nominated your spouse as the beneficiary in the event of your death - this covers whatever retirement or medical benefits you receive.

Hello everyone,

We just received the approval letter for the removal of conditions today May 5, 2013 but the letter is dated April 29th. They didn't require an interview. I wish everyone the best in getting approved especially without an interview!

I got an RFE . Trying to gather more evidence and I don't have much to offer.

They are asking for birth certificates of any children, decree adoption - we don't have any kids together. Lease in both names- we don't have that either. Mortgage or deeds - none. Insurance policies shoeing other as beneficiary, joint utility bills. Joint loans, will, trust or power of attorney. Affidavits from friends. I can only get affidavits from friends. The rest I cant get. Anything else that I can submit?
