Yes! Second NOA! Had to call 3 times to get my case worked on!

We all hate waiting, but better than on the other end of the process and not having our loved ones here. Seems like as soon as these cards return we will or may apply for USC, my how time fly's.

Noticed a new thread no CSC activity or time line for I 751, moved to another CSC? Dream Act rules we are second class. Interesting it is about 4 1/2 months to get an original green card and an 8 month average wait for a 10 year GC, theirs something wrong with this.

I just put in "California Service Center" in the search field of Uscis.gov....looks like they had a plumbing problem!?

Workload Transfer from California Service Center to Texas Service Center

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services sent this bulletin at 03/12/2013 11:24 AM EDT On March 8, 2013, USCIS transferred some casework from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center to balance overall workload with processing capacity at the centers. The affected casework includes the following forms:

• I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
• I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)
• I-765 Worksheet (PDF) (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

No mention of our I751 application changes or transfers, wait and see. TX and V do show i751 in their status's.

If I understand it right, if there is no processing time they display the last processed application date. That's over 3 months for November filers since they last processed a case. Doesn't tell you if that's for initial processing into the system or if that's a final decision either.

Maybe we will start seeing activity in about 60 days, looking at the averages I am not too worried. Just makes the ROC card arrival close to applying for citizenship.

I just received an email saying my CRI-89 was approved? Is it the same thing as I-751? I filled with VSC last November?
