We called and they said nothing is wrong with our application and they are putting in a request for the bio. Also gave us another tracking number that people recieve on their bio appointment form. It actually works when you enter it online. Hopefully that will get something going.

Good for you! We called USCIS and person just said that everything is fine with application and that we should get BIO in the next 10 business days...

:wacko: very frustrating especially that we about to have 2nd child. Jan 29 due...

Received my biometrics appointment letter today. Updating the list.

I had put in a request a few weeks ago by calling USCIS and today I received the letter. Using the notice on the ASC notice, I can finally log on to the website to check updates. This is what the website says:

On January 12, 2013, your address was changed relating to the CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED that you filed.

I am assuming they sent the letter to the old address even though I changed it online and have a receipt for it? If you have not received your bio notice I suggest you call them right away too.

My I-751 NOA is 11/9/2012. I filed waiver , First joint I-751 filling was 11/16/2011 and Bio was 12/13/2011.

I recieved NOA on 11/13/2012, but i didnt recieved Bio notice yet.

Should I call them and put a request?

Well, I think fingerprint is valid for 15 months. So, maybe you don't need it for now. But if you don't get approved before 15 months past, they might request another fingerprint later...? Anyway, you'd better call them to be sure...

You mean you filed I-751 twice? Or they gave you 2nd NOA when you changed your fillingstatus from joint to divorce waiver?

You are still on November 2011 Filers' list. How should we update your case on Nov 2011 list?

I filed I-751 first in Nov 2011 jointly and Bio on 12/13/2011. It was pending ,but in 2012 we had serious marital issues. My spouse family was interferring in our lives. lived 3 years together. I also came to know that my spouse has made false complaint to us-cis.

i filed for divorce and filed waiver in Nov 2012. They sent me a second NOA on 11/14/2012. But no Bio yet.

I called them today and they issues a service req and will reply in 15 days.

I am not sure how my case will proceed? Any input will be appreciated.
