I just received an email saying my CRI-89 was approved? Is it the same thing as I-751? I filled with VSC last November?

Thank you, it was a struggle to stay excited when it looked like CSC was not doing anything.

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

-Jun 06 2013 - ROC approval letter arrived!

Hello everyone. Haven't been here in a while but just wanted to provide a short update. Our NOA1 was 11/19/2012 and we just received a letter stating our application was approved on 05/22/2013. Good luck to all those still waiting for an approval!

Hi all, good news - our application was approved 2 weeks after we sent in the RFE response to VSC.

In case anyone is interested, we mostly sent in updates of our bank statements/credit card statements, as well as new pictures (and some old ones for the time period before we were married). We also sent new EOBs from our insurance, and a letter from my parents explaining they supported us financially (since we are both students).

It was incredibly annoying to get an RFE since we sent in such a thorough application, but glad this is over!

So, USCIS are definitely not updating any online case status. Just checked today, 2 weeks after the approval date and still shows NOA1 date. They must be slammed
