Received a CASE CLOSED today ;-)

Do you know the time frame generally from case closed scheduling the interview? Does the notification for interview come in the form of an email from NVC?

Grats! kicking.gif

And time frames for that vary by country. You need to do your own research. Start here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=3&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op7=Venezuela&dfile=No&adv=

And as long as you gave both email addresses to an operator, then yes, your interview letter will be sent by email.

Grats!!!

Up until the IV bill we have done everything at our own pace, so don't freak out when you see our timeline. We had major financial difficulties which hindered us from going at a steady pace. We are now in a position to move forward. IV Bill and beyond will hopefully go quickly.

Today, I got a mail from NVC (CHECKLIST COVER LETTER). Called NVC to find out what is missing.

According to NVC, my AOS has been reviewed (no RFEs) and their waiting on IV application.

We sent IV packet on 11/27, so I'm hoping it will take 10 business days.

This CHECKLIST COVER LETTER seems an automatic thing.

so, review all in that checklist cover letter, and post #2, see if it's a false checklist letter, or no.

Purty Please?

I am surprised you called, really. Have you seen the NVC FlowChart ?

---

ok - based on what's in post #980, that's a false checklist letter.

These are normal after the AOS has been added to the casefile.

You can't file the IV yet, yer IV stuff hasna been invoiced.

Not until you have paid IV fees. Your profile states YOU DID pay IV fees on the 21st though, so I'm very confused, I swear I read you not have ds-3032 added to casefile as of yesterday.

Pay IV fees? Can file IV.

If you indeed, paid, on the 21st, then by all means send it in. You could have sent it in after the online payment portal marked it 'paid', fwiw.

This is your profile? http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=137919 Is it accurate? [just asking..]

When i study your 'about me' area, you have:

11/23/2012: Sent IV Package

11/27/2012: NVC Received IV Packet

so,ya, totally disregard anything I've written. I'm tired, and it shows. Thanks in advance !

ps - I think you'll have a case complete on December 5th. Perhaps before.

hi guys just an update i already received my invoice to pay the IV fee and we did pay it last nov 27. we're expecting for it to be "paid" in the payment portal 2 days ago coz it already reflected on my husband's account. But until now it's still "in process" do we need to wait for it to say "paid" before we send the packet?

And also should i fill out the ds 230 form in all caps? thank you and God bless!

Some here will Tell you to wait and some will say you don't have too .. NvC told me on the phone you don't have to wait for it to show as paid .. Just get your stuff together and send it .

I also did not fill all the application in caps .. There were no instructions anywhere that tells you to fill in caps so i wouldn't worry about it .
