can you please get on the internets with a PC, and study post #1 and Post #2 of this topic, sometime todayish? Using VJ with a handphone is abysmal, you miss 90 percent of stuff that you need.

Waiting the AOS turn to "PAID" and then send AOS package, hopefully we receive IV Bill invoice very soon

ok i just had the quickest call to NVC in the history of immigration probably ... called , got an operator on the phone ,asked 5 questions and have all of them answered in 4 minutes exactly .. wow ... LOL

let me see if I understand NVC scheduling of interviews, is it true that they will only schedule Jan interviews if your case is complete before/by Dec. 15th?

USCIS:

06/06/2012: Sent I-130 to VSC (as LPR)

06/08/2012: NOA1 (Priority Date)

06/12/2012: Touched

08/20/2012: Mailed VSC request for Upgrade to CR1

08/23/2012: Opened Request with USCIS for Upgrade to CR1

08/27/2012: Got Email confirming upgrade to IR1/CR1

11/13/2012: NOA2

NVC:

11/16/2012: NVC Received (NVC # not ready)

11/19/2012: BOG number/IIN - Gave emails

11/19/2012: Choice of Agent email sent

11/20/2012: AOS bill invoiced

11/20/2012: AOS bill paid shows in process

11/21/2012: AOS package sent

11/21/2012: AOS bill shows PAID

11/21/2012: Choice of Agent email sent (again)

What kind of questions??

Nothing much , my wife's middle name was not correct on all emails they are sending to us and hey told me how to fix that , no big deal .. Also asked if they have any news about my AOS yet but nothing yet , updating my wife's address because she moved ..things like that .

Are you ready to go with the IV packet? If so, you might actually be one of the faster folk at NVC, with less than 15 days between 'NVC IN' and 'NVC Complete'

I already paid the IV fee but it has not been withdrawn from my account (and still shows in process).

I will have to wait till Monday to send it in to NVC, but I do have it ready to go. I was tempted to send it today, assuming that by Mon that it got there the money would be withdrawn. But eventually decided to hold off, its just one day, I guess taking into consideration that there were back to back 4 day work weeks I am doint great. :dance:

I just hope it keeps going that way!!

USCIS:

hi again! congrats to all those who got to pay their IV fees!

I am a little confused with the aos form coz ive encountered this link where it shows that there are different i-864 forms. Do we have to really fill out that form according to our category or just the i-864 in general is good?

And do we need to staple everything all together? Btw im using the legal size paper is that right? Last one if we're sending it via fedex or dhl, do we still need to put everything in a brown envelope and write the address of nvc on the envelope itself? thanks and God bless :)
