This is one step in the process that is not a sure thing as to when, Cesar.

My Wife and I did this right after the invoices and we had no problems...your situation may be a bit different, but is worth the try. It won't cause your petition to be rejected or anything like that.

yea, that is what I just saw also... sounds like its taking about 2 weeks for others 3032 to be accepted, wonder if I should send the email again next week, just in case it gets denied I already have another one that is on the queue just one week behind.

hmm ... (thats me wondering)

To be honest I haven't read all the content on the initial posts :bonk: However, keeping a trail of this process and dates is good for others who just jump to the later pages on the thread (or at least that is what I am telling myself).:blush:

06/06/2012: Sent I-130 to VSC (as LPR)

06/08/2012: NOA1 (Priority Date)

06/12/2012: Touched

08/20/2012: Mailed VSC request for Upgrade to CR1

08/23/2012: Opened Request with USCIS for Upgrade to CR1

08/27/2012: Got Email confirming upgrade to IR1/CR1

11/13/2012: NOA2

11/16/2012: NVC Received (NVC # not ready)

11/19/2012: BOG number/IIN - Gave emails

11/19/2012: Choice of Agent email sent

11/20/2012: AOS bill invoiced

11/20/2012: AOS bill paid shows in process

As Uncle Darnell has instructed me and I did it and accepted within 4 hours. Do this

Resend email (u can send from yours its cool). Now this is the important part in the subject line.

SUBJECT: 'Supervisor Review' NVC Case# LGSXXXXXXXXXX- Your wifes full name ‏- second time sending

and resend the body of the email again. there you go (Obviously the LGS is me at Lagos don't put that. LOL :lol:

well. we already sent the AOS packet. Checklist we got from the nvc website, no one sent us. am i missing anything here?

oh okay! so it means that that procedure is for k-applicants? So with ir1/cr1 applicants the nvc will sched the interview? do I have to inform nvc that i will do my medical exam ahead of time instead of waiting for their sched interview?

Scan? Only EP countries can scan anything. Unless instructed by NVC to do so.

Watch Alex_dc4 you will hear something either by EOD of their day today or tomorrow. Uncle Darnell is always right.
