I hope you won't feel bad :)

Hey btw someone has tried to call to the NVC today?? It seems like the phone is not working or something!! :o

Yes...took forever!! I called them because they sent me another Checklist item today for my Wifes Police report

from when she was a student in Uzbekistan (16 years old to 20, she is now 45). I sent the translation and all other stuff they ask for on mailed items, of the report to NVC via USPS Express from Seattle and I have the tracking confirmation that they had the document in hand a week ago.

My Wife sent the original (with a Bar Code, coversheet, and case number on all pages upper right hand corner), also

tracked via UPS from Russia and I have that confirmation they had this in hand last week also (arrived on the same day..amazing!).

I finally spoke with a person that explained that the FIRST checklist they sent for my AOS was a total error. Oops

on them!! I sent THREE years of IRS transcripts and that was not enough for the examiner..they Checklisted me for

Current 2011 Tax Return copies as well. Ok... being an open minded sort and not in a position to argue..I did that pronto..then a week later another Checklist item...the Police Report fiasco starts. I can't point a finger at them about the Uzbek Police report cause the rule is definite.... ALL places of residence from 16 years and to present EVEN if a Student. I knew we were going to get a hammer for my Wife not getting or sending the Uzbek report :bonk: Anyway.. I'm lovin her no matter.

I sure hope todays phone call to them helped jolt the examiner to go to the mailroom and look for the Documents we sent! The person I spoke with confirmed that the recent bad weather DID bottleneck the mail going to New Hampshire. So for everyone out there still looking for the much desired Interview Date.. just like us...gotta be patient  The person I spoke with also confirmed that our Documents WERE scanned as being in the building.

Basically we were in the JUNE NVC filers and we are still waiting for that last acceptance...looking at December now for Interview.. right in the middle of the Holiday season travels. :(

I have a question . I just got 2 emails from the NVC one of them asking me to pay the AOS and the other asking to send the choice of agent . I emailed the choice of agent on friday , does that mean the ds-2032 was rejected or what ?

this is the ds-3032 kit.

referenced here:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

and in post #1 and #2 of this topic.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi all. I just got off the phone with NVC and apparantly there arent any dates available at the Jhb Embassy in Dec :crying:

I'm sure this is a longshot but is there any chance this could change? Like someone not pitching for their interview or I dont know... something??

Ugh being such a cry baby right now.
