In the payment portal when you have to choose who you are!! My husband is paying he is the us citizen so what should he choose principal applicant or petitioner???

I have no clue, but personally, I would put myself (the petitioner) because I am handling all of the paperwork.

Hopefully someone else will have more experienced advice.

Well I found in the USCIS page that my husband the us citizen is the petitioner! I am the principal applicant for an inmmigrant visa!!

Congratulations !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I got my transcripts in POST today. Do I still need to give them copies of W2, 1099, schedules? I think NOT REQUIRED

Nope, if you have the tax transcripts, then you don't need to send any other tax information (unless you filed jointly and need to show just YOUR income, then you need to include W2s).

Is Account Transcript required? I assume only "Tax Return Transcript" is enough. Please provide some insight

The account transcript is NOT what is needed. You need to send the return transcripts.

US citizen = petitioner

Foreign spouse = principal applicant

Although, honestly, it doesn't matter which you choose (as far as I've seen). Logging into either, it has the exact same information. I checked :)

Yes, on the back of the 2 pictures, write the full beneficiary's name, date of birth, and case number.

can you please get on the internets with a PC, and study post #1 and Post #2 of this topic, sometime todayish?

Using VJ with a handphone is abysmal, you miss 90 percent of stuff that you need.
