Thanks Sterling.

When I log in I get following message -

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

I hope it is normal.

Help! I can't sign into the payment portal. Why?

If you're getting an error message ("Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time…" or "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted…" or "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."), do NOT panic. This is actually good news! If you just got your case number, then this message means NVC is inputting your case in their system. If you get this message a few days after case number generation, then it's a good possibility that NVC is invoicing your AOS bill. And if this message appears a few days after DS-3032 acceptance, then there's a good chance the IV bill is being invoiced. And finally, if this message is appearing a few days or more after NVC received your packages, this is a good indication of case complete at NVC!

can you please get on the internets with a PC, and study post #1 and Post #2 of this topic, sometime todayish? Using VJ with a handphone is abysmal, you miss 90 percent of stuff that you need.

They received ours last 10/22. When my husband called last week, he was given that same reply, 20 days blah blah. Then we got that e-mail from NVC this week saying AOS has been reviewed and we need to send the IV packet as the next step.

Hang in there, you'll probably hear from them soon!

I was trying to pay AOS fee.

I get following message in red

The remote name could not be resolved: 'acrspts.state.gov'

When I tried to print the receipt, it doesnt have transaction#.

Any ideas?

Is it recommended for my spouse to send "DS-3032" by post? It has been emailed (email version from visajourney) from spouse's email to them yesterday.

Although the 'email the DS-3032 form data' works, sometimes there is a problem.

When I studied the problem, it seemed to me that NVC is not 'listening' for the DS-3032

until the AOS Fee Bill is invoiced and sent out via email to the Petitioner.

Once that happens, NVC is 'listening' so it makes sense (to me) to send off the DS-3032.

YMMV, greatly. FWIW, I have explained this is some detail in the October and September NVC threads (my position on it)

so take some time and find those posts?

Oh, if you've got the medical done already, then I'd say try your hardest to keep that interview date.

Sent an email requesting alternate dates but no reply as of yet. Regardless, the little lady got the week off so flights are booked for Sunday, interview Wednesday !!! Amazing, even managed to book using Aeroplan miles! Going to stay until Friday and check out the city. :dance:
