Wow, that's insane soon! Plus, you need to get the medical done as well before then!

Tell me about it!! Medical was done a few weeks back.

You can re-schedule online at the CSC site (same site where you sign up for DHL/Loomis). I suggest taking a look at the calendar and any available dates. Be warned, if you re-schedule, the earliest dates will probably be December.

The email did say to advise them by email if I want to reschedule but will simply looking at the calendar forfeit my current date?

Oh, if you've got the medical done already, then I'd say try your hardest to keep that interview date.

I've seen people before just re-schedule online without having to email. But if you do re-schedule online, I'd suggest shooting Montreal an email, asking for confirmation that they know about the change.

well they received my AOS on 10/23 so its been 10 business days my head hurts from hearing the 20 business days stuff from NVC :bonk:

Im in the same situation with the IV package. Called yesterday and was also told that 20 day blah blah. Its so frustrating with the time difference too, theyre 7 hours behind South Africa!

I have a question about the AOS!! Do I have to write or case number in all tha pages??

You dont HAVE TO but I think it helps just incase a page goes astray. We wrote the case number in pencil at the bottom of each page.

Mrs Sterling -

Quick question.

I was looking at your timeline. On 9/28, when NVC received your case, did you give them yours/your spouse email addresses too?

Did u send email version of DS-3032? When did u receive its confirmation from NVC?

BTW, did u also receive DS-3032 Form email from NVC?

Hey Sunayana my fellow April VSC'er :)

NVC received the case on 09/28 but it was only put in their system 10/04 (this when I was able to get the Case # and Invoice #). In the same telephone call of 10/04 I was asked for our email addresses and gave it over. I emailed the "typed out in an email" DS3032 straight after the phone call and when I received the email from NVC with their DS3032 copy I just printed it off and popped in the post to them as a precaution. It took exactly 2 weeks for them to get to my emailed DS3032 (Who knows if they ever processed the hardcopy I posted). Have you been checking the NVC payment portal? Has the AOS fee been invoiced yet??

When I log in I get following message -

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

I hope it is normal.

Hi guys!

I have sort of an issue with my DS230, which has been mailed already. I just recently resigned from work and will be staying until Dec 14th. Do I need to update my DS230 and mail a new one or just wait for the interview?

Thanks in advance!

They received ours last 10/22. When my husband called last week, he was given that same reply, 20 days blah blah. Then we got that e-mail from NVC this week saying AOS has been reviewed and we need to send the IV packet as the next step.

Hang in there, you'll probably hear from them soon!

That's actually excellent news. Please refer to post 2, I wrote a question/answer about that ;)
