I just called NVC and gave email addresses of both myself and my spouse.

I asked them if beneficiary can send DS-3032.

They told me, they will send email requesting that form.

Any advice?

send the DS3032 now and then when they send you email later requesting it you can send it AGAIN

From what I've seen on dhl it usually takes a few days only.

I also played with the first line a bit, and when I put a space between NOV and 2012, it also shows packages. Before it wasn't working for me this way.

Have you read post #1 and #2 of this thread? You need to go read so you know how to set up your DS-3032 email and send. That needs to be done immediately after receiving your case#.

Usually just a few days, even with those overseas. If your case gets sent out this week (again, find out by calling and asking), it should arrive sometime next week.

UPS just updated to say that they handed off our petition at the reception in Chicago.

Hey I sent my package off on Nov1st and it arrive at the dallas Lockbox on Nov 3rd which was this Saturday. As of right now I have not received any updates :/ should I worry about it? When did you send off your package?

We sent ours in last Monday (Nov 5) and it was delivered by courier today (Nov 7).

I think it takes a week or so for NOA1 to come after it's received, so you have a few more days before you could expect to hear something.

My advice:

Stop pitting the advice of an untrained NVC TeleOperator against the advice and written guides/wiki pages here.

You'll lose less hair that way.

Interview in Paris on DEC 13th, I would say over a 90% chance she will have her visa before Christmas?

Is this a good plan:

Buy an Airline Ticket for a flight that leaves on Christmas day?

(and pay the extra money to have the option of changing the flight to a later date.)

we would like to spend Christmas together here in the USA.
