OK our AOS interview is on Fri 3rd Nov and I am getting a lil nervous but nothing like I was befor our K1/2 visa interview..... I just thought I would run my list of what we have to take by y'all and see if you think we have it all covered

We have three folders .... 1 containing all the original documents and 2 containing photocopies of all documents contained in the originals folder. I will hand over 1 of the folders with the copies in and will bring home the folder containing the originals and the other folder of copies.

Here is what we have, for myself and my son.....

Interview letters

Vaccination supplement (sealed, the lady made 2 copies for me) :thumbs:

Passports

Social security card

Driving lisence SC

I-94

Tax returns

Birth certificates

Marriage certificates(cirtified and notorized copy for them)

letters of employment

I-864

Proof of marriage

Joint bank statement

Car insurance (showing that I am named on it as wife)

Bills(Phone, Water, Cable & internet, Electric)

Letters (addressed to us both and mail for my son here)

Current wage slips.

And a scrap book that we are doing on our family history , it includes many photos of our time together and our wedding.

Does this look OK to you guys

Here we go again !

Lifting conditions

Oct 14th 08 ..... Mailed the I-751. Back in the system we go

Oct 18th 08 ..... NOA receipt date

Oct 20th 08 ..... Check has been cashed, waiting on the NOA1 and Biometrics appointment now.

Oct 24th 08 ..... NOA arrives in post.

Nov 13th 08 ..... Receive date for Bio-metrics in Atlanta.

Nov 28th 08 ..... Bio-metrics appointment.

Feb 18th 09 ..... Date of decision to remove conditions on permanent residency.

Feb 23rd 09 ..... Received notification on approval ( via snail mail ). Green card on order.

Feb 26th 09 ..... Card production ordered. Pleas wait 30 days ( as per case status on USCIS home page ).

Mar 7th 09 ....... My 10 yr green card arrives.

Apr 22nd 09 ..... Sons 10 yr green card finally arrives( after a nudge at VSC from the USCIS helpline)

Going to take a little break from the immigration stuff.

Sounds about the same as what we took just last week to our AOS interview in Orlando! Everything and a copy of everything..

We didn't have a problem and got an approval! :)
