Ok so I'm expecting to get my NOA2 pretty soon. What supporting documents do I need after that? My dad is our co sponsor so do I need to send both of our tax returns/w2s? I didn't file taxes last year because I made less than 3000 dollars so is it ok if I just send a w2? Any other documents I should send?

If your father will sponsor your fiancé, then you would only need to send the I-134 form that he completed and signed along with the supporting documents such as paystubs, tax transcripts, etc.

Get thee to the K1: Post-NOA2 to Interview thread to start preparing what you'll need to send to your fiancé. Also, there are a number of items your fiancé can start moving forward on, namely securing the police certificate, the long-form birth certificate, and any vaccinations from their GP in advance of the Knightsbridge exam.

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012



Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013
