Hello can anyone help me? The thing is that I have sent to NVC both certificate of good conduct and police record, and they have emailed me that was missing the certificate of good conduct, I have a copy of it so I'm pretty sure that I really sent it. What can happened? they both where stapled together, there is any possibility they didn't see it?? Now I dont know what should I do wait for a review approximately takes 10 to 15 days, or send another certificate of good conduct? which will be the best choice ?? I just want to get my case complete as soon as possible! please help me... I will appreciate any advice

Send another certificate of good conduct, it will work out better for you that way but when you send it make sure the sign for it, that way they can not come back later and said they did not receive it. Everything we mailed we sent it certified so it would have to be sign for and we did not have any problems.

Yes I did I sent certified mail , they received my two packages the one with the DS-230 and all original documents and the AOS , they were signed and returned, there is no doubt they received it , everything is perfect the only thing is the certificate of good conduct that they said it wasn't there when I have proof of it a copy and the receipt of the payment to get the document. Well yes Im wondering is the best option to send another good conduct. Thanks
