Hi all. I need to know if my DS 3025 is ok or should I see a CS. I have read in some posts that they ised only their DS 3025 and they had no RFE's as long as they had all the shots needed. Well here's what my DS 3025 says.

They gave me a shot of each of the ff. and each has a check on the portion that says INSUFFICIENT TIME INTERVAL.

Tdap

MMR

Hep B

Varicella

Influenza

Other shots were marked NOT AGE APPROPRIATE..

Any thoughts? thanks!!
