Hi everyone,

i hope I'm posting this question in the right forum.

I applied for I-751 at the end of May 2012, according to the California service center, it should take 6 months but I'm not sure 6 months from date of entry or from date they received my application.

Another question, I'm going to move to another state in 2 weeks, ( I live in IL, going to IN and I'll be keeping the old address till the end of February 2013 )should I inform them of change of address, because i know they will mail me through the address written on I-751 form anyway?

I'm just afraid that, they will think I hid changing my address from them, which is not the case. I'm just trying to have smooth case without more paper work to do and less confusion.

Thank you in advance for your time and help.

You need to complete an address change if it is a permanent change. USCIS will change it, unknown if they will transfer your case. It might help if you complete your profile and time line.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I will change my address when my lease for this apartment ends at the end of February. Technically, I'll be living in both addresses. that's how i felt about it.

Do you think i should do the online AR-11 anyway?

Thank you for your help.

Topic has been moved from DCF forum to Removal of Conditions forum as I-751 is for Removal of Conditions.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
