What is the best type of evidence to send with the K-3 visa as proof as an ongoing relationship? What is the best way to send pictures? Should I staple them or tape to a piece of paper? How many photos should I include? Does anyone have any suggestions for including Messenger conversations or Facebook conversations? I'm having some difficulty printing them.

K3 is not used any longer even though it is on the books, review the guides, see others from Nigeria who have applied and what they did will give you a good head start.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Do all your conversations (emails ) for facebook go to your outside email? You can print the log. Also what I did (I had 799 pages of all the emails ) I started from the beginning and did a copy paste scrolled through the whole thing. For the initial petition I just went therough and grabbed 2 to 3 per month gave an overview at top of page what we discussed that month and continued for 1 1/2 years of Facebooking.

I did print the entire log (that was just like 45 pages ) so they could see the emails and time stamp.

And yes what bigdog said the K3 is dead.

Its better to print out the pics on 8 x 11 paper. Reember someone at USCIS will be disassembling your entire petition. So they woudld hve to unstaple. Paper sget lost. but printed on paper like the rest of thepapers they can have ease and they do have to scan every single piece of paper.

USCIS doesn't care. But remember what you submit is what will be in the hands of the CO at interview time. You are going through Lagos baby and you need to be front-loading. That doesn't mean every single piece of everything. But a log shoing time and date stamp (I submitted my Yahoo and Hotmail log of regular hotmail emails and Facebook emails between husband and I). Real easy.

Printing a few sampling of emails even monthly would be nice. a balance. I submitted my IM log no IM's, Emails, Phone log, Phone texting log. The meat and potatoes if you will the load of the emails and all that he will bring to interview.

The more the CO has to determine the validaty of your relationship up front the better.

Its cool u don't have emails. Long as you communcate. There are some people that talk not everyday. I know me and my husband don't use phone because of the sucky (ja network drops, or can't hear or get through. So we SMS text.

How to get your texting, I would google it. I hear Iphones are easy to get text from. My text is one way meaning I have cortado on my phone so every test goes to my email. So I have the log of all his 6500 text. Of course all printed for the interview.

Your phone log is fine to show you communicate. I use western union calling card that shows all my calls and times nd the number and duration.

Go to the advance search feature here on VJ and look for iphone text printing . I know many have asked its here somewhere. I have Blackberry with no sim so I am hosed). So long as the CO doesn't want to see my text (which they won't ) I am okay When they see 6 binders full of stuff they will be like OMG

How many photos should I include? Does anyone have any suggestions for including Messenger conversations or Facebook conversations? I'm having some difficulty printing them.

I printed my pics out on printer paper (for hubby) and then I took 4 at a time and put them on my color printer and printed 4 to a page on regular printer paper. I wrote the dates and who was in the pics and the event the pic was of. I sent in 150 - 200 of wedding, family together, trips we took, going to the market, just anything showing our life together in my response to an RFE.

I submitted the 129F and when I went to the local office for the interview last week, they had the documents I submitted for both the I-130 and K-3 together in one file. The ISO used the documents I submitted with the K-3 for the I-130 approval and only asked to see additional documents since the K-3 was filed.

There hasn't been any updates on the K-3 application since my I-130 was approved.

What's up ?

Is your timeline accurate? over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=155715 ???

I ask, cause if that receipt date is accurate, you were never at CSC.

You should ask the USCitizen spouse to chase down the casefile with USCIS, a Tier 2 Human, an ISO,

as

that casefile has been with MSC all along.
