Great to hear! Although, I have to wonder, what their rationale is for getting to some and not others, and out of order... Do you think your call helped somehow? 6+ months and still nothing

Every case and every country is different. Some cases would be fairly straight forward, and others more complicated. It makes sense that they are not in perfect chronological order.

June 03, 2013 - RFE for AOS

June 17, 2013 - RFE response received

July 05, 2013 - EAD and AP approved

July 10, 2013 - EAD card production

Thanks. No I don't think my call helped. I did make a list of 100 eac numbers before mine and 100 after mind to track my statuses. It came out to 88 K1s including mine and 30 of them were worked yesterday. Random order. I wanted to have some idea if my file was lost before I called those robots again.

today i received my NOA2. my NOA1 date was june 11. i checked the site everyday and there was never any updates. then today around noon, i received an email and text message that the petition was approved

Exact same situation here Crystal!! NOA1 June 11th, Heard nothing and no updates on the site, then I got my NOA2 today right at 11.

Bad news guys got an RFE today
