Hey abezyo, congratulations! i've been so busy the past few months, i'm sorry i haven't kept up with you guys. Very happy for you to have made some progress and to leave for jordan knowing at least this part is done.

No, I never heard any thing from my congressman. I will try my senator then. Geez, what does it take??!!! Obviously, the Atlanta office is not going in order by priority date.

I am confused because today i receive a letter from uscis office stating that my petition is now in processing and is being adjucated presently. what does that mean? does that mean that the senate and congressman have successfully followed it up and i should be expecting rfe or approval soon ?

I'll believe they're really underway when I see them adjudicating petitions for which they haven't been arm-twisted by a Congressional/Senatorial staffer.

Thank you so much. Abeyzo advised me to contact my senator and congressman and i did. then to be honest, i only called them twice and they kept saying rubbish, i should wait. then called USCIS again and they said i should wait. then 5 days ago i was lucky to do a service request on the USCIS website, then the following day i received a letter in my postbox, brought it out and it was a letter from USCIS which says the petition is in processing. I came here and post it and luckily with God i was approved on the 24th of may. please contact your senator and congressmen. if you want the link tell me, i will send it to you the way Abezyo did for me.
