its so good to see your case has sent to HCMC,it took only 2 days,i hope they wont hold mine so long cause in the letter they said within a week they will send it to the consulate

Removal of conditions

09-29-09 : Mailed I-751 ( The game is now started)

10-02-09 : Delivered, 3:20 pm, SAINT ALBANS, VT 05479

10-05-09 : NOA

11-10-09 : Bio

The lady on the phone told me it was sent on the 3rd. Even they received it some one told me I have to wait another 2 months before consulate received it. HOWEVER, I'M STILL VERY VERY HAPPY HAPPY RIGHT NOW :dance: :dance:

Timeline

2006-07-10 : I-129F sent to TSC

2007-03-24 : Leave for Vietnam

2007-03-29 : Blue slip and then PINK

2007-04-03 : Picked Up Visa

2007-04-07 : POE in Chicago

2007-04-11 : Married In Court

2007-04-23 : SSN applications submit

2007-05-01 : SSN Recevied

2007-05-17 : AOS + EAD Sent

2007-05-29 : I-765 EAD NOA received

2007-05-31 : I-485 AOS NOA received

2007-08-01 : EAD received

2007-08-02 : Green Card AOS received

Life is good...

Our NOA-2 date for our I-130 was October 26, and on November 10 it was in the NVC system. I don't know if we got lucky and made it into a CSC>>NVC shipment right at the cutoff, or what the story was, but I started calling on the very first week after the NOA-2 and I'd say there's no harm in your doing the same. Worked out very well for us!

08-21-2006 ... I-130 sent to Texas

05-15-2007 ... My husband arrives in USA with CR-1
