I feel like I'm asking a stupid question but its confusing me cuz someone said u have to have enough money..125% ...for ur dependent kids And fiancé when he comes..

Well is that true?

Does he count ..pretend it's a house hold with..3 kids..young..they count as dependent..and husband( if wife is making the income)..that's another 1.so 4 total.

So only 4 dependent people right? No counting my fiancé?

Also..my step mom is going to co sponsor our visa...when I get married at first she and my dad wants us to stay at home at first(helping my little siblings adjust)..I'm currently with them already...but I'm 18..I haven't filed taxes for the past year cuz I got a job after the time u file..so I'm still counted under their dependent cuz I'm not 21 and I'm living with them?

EVERYONE in the household counts. So based on what you stated there are 3 kids + 1 husband + 1 wife(making the income) = a household of 5. If you are adding you and your fiance to the house then add 2 more.

The I-134 is normally used for K-1 visas and you need to make 100% of poverty level for the I-134. Here is the link for when to use and how to complete the I-134 Affidavit of Support. You do use I-134, but the embassy will look at 125% of the poverty level in dealing with K-1 visas because you will be filing the I-864 when you are filing for AOS after your marriage. You need to meet 125% not 100%. The exception is US enlisted military personnel. They would need to meet 100%. If you can only meet 100%, you are going to have a difficult time explaining to the CO at the interview how you can meet 125% and risk denial. The poverty guidelines can be found here:

What counts as household is the number of people dependent plus the couple. It would not matter if a grown independent brother, sister, or anyone else was living under the same roof. The people that matter would be husband, wife, and any children or anyone else dependent on them. If it is you, fiance, and 2 kids, then the household number is 4. Look at the poverty guidelines for 4 and expect to meet the income amount under 125% for 4.

Wow thanks u guys, I think I'm going to ask the turkish embassy directly..in my opinion it seems like there is a rule, but most places look for 125 percent..cuz I do understand that the 125 percent is when filing for AOS..I'd rather be safe then sorry though. Thanks u guys so much!!

Typically you wouldn't be counted if you were just living with your family BUT if your step-mom claimed you on her taxes as a dependent then yes, you need to be listed as a dependent. If she didn't claim you, then you're not counted on her household count.
