On the I-864 form, on 24b do I put my daughters name and how much income I get from the mother? I receive child support from her every 2 weeks. Or do I leave it blank? Thanks for the help!

For the K-1 you should be using I-134 and not the I-864. Yes, you will list your daughter as a dependent on the I-134 and you can add on child support to your income total so long as you show a court order documenting the fact that you receive it and how much.

Since you are adjusting status, the I-864 is the correct form to use.

I'm not sure how you should account for the child support, but it looks like you should add your daughter's name on 24b and add the annual income from child support. A court order and bank statements should provide adequate proof of this income.

Ahh, good call. It was posted in the K-1 forum and their profile still said K-1. I should have clicked on their timeline.
