Can anyone tell me what this means?

"The NVC received your inquiry concerning the inmigrant visa petition SNSXXXXXXX filed by XXXX on behalf of XXXX.

The inmigration and nationality act (INA) does not allow derivative status to family members of inmediate relatives. 1R1, CR1, CR2, IR2, and IR5 classifications are inmmediate realtive visa categories. This means that a spouse, unmarried child under the age of 21 and a parent of a US citizen require their own individual petition in order to inmigrate to the US."

Does this mean I got denied?

I think it states that her son needs to come in on a K4 visa but I don't think they realized that its your son which makes your son a US citizen born abroad which does not need a visa.

Did your son get his US passport already?

You did not get denied. They are just telling you that you must file an I-130 for your son if you want him to 'migrate'. If he is already a citizen this isn't a problem for you. Don't worry about it.
