Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

2012-09-25 : AOS Fee Status Shows PAID / Return AOS packet by USPS

How long was it after your NOA1 did you get the notice your case was transferred? Might help all of us with our cases currently at the NBC to know when we can expect some movement!

more and more cases are going to get approved faster I read something about this in laura scott chat logs, something about them expanding to handle provisional waivers.....

Congrats....Did your case got transferred too from vermont to local USCIS office....mine did and i think its in Pittsburg PA now, but have not heard anything from them yet, 70 days now after NOA1

did your casefile receipt number start with 'MSC' or something else? if something else, what was that something else?

my case number starts with "EAC"

Try to call the NVC 2 to 3 weeks from the approval. Ask them if they already received your case and if they do then ask for you case number.

Wow, you got lucky! Some of us have been waiting for 5-7 months from the Vermont Service Center, I wonder if your application was processed in another place. Whatever the reason, congratulations!

Yes it took my fiancee and me 203 days to receive the NOA2 with the Vermont Service Center.

Congrats again. You filed after August 15 when all the files started getting sent to the local field office so that is why yours went to Columbus because it was the closest to where you live. Just trying to clear things up for people who may be confused. So happy for you. Let's hope the rest of us who got transferred hear something soon!

2013 began CR1 process

Fast forward to:

2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

6/10/16 Case Complete

8/8/16 Received Interview Date

9/20/16 Interview Date
