My fiance was approved at her I-129F interview in Lima, Peru but they said she needs the I-601 Waiver. We just sent it in to Phoenix and was wondering the processing times if anybody knows? And also are chances of approval? We only had level 3 and 4 arguments for extreme hardship but supported it all with a letter and documentation. Just wondering our chances, really nervous....

We sent our I601 to Phoenix as well. My understanding is that it does not matter what country you are from. They process them in the US as they receive them. This process is new but they told me 3-4 months. We are half way. You can have your Congressman or Senator call and check the status on your behalf. I am doing that now. I can let you know if it helps.

Good Luck
