On November 5th it will be 181 days since my case was transferred to CSC for faster processing. I am trying to determine what my next steps will or should be, Should I contact CSC directly and speak to someone in tier 2 and request a service request. Or should I contact my senator, congressman, ombudsman or should I contact all of them. I am currently working full time and want to make sure that if I have to request an extension of my work authorization that I have plently of time to get that done. I sent in my AOS package on March 30, 2012 and it was transferred to CSC on May 8th, 2012. Should I contact CSC by phone or email. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Email would be preferable, you would then have a record, but get on the phone and rattle some chains. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck on your Immigration journey.
