My K3 visa will expire in may 2006 but the I-94 says that I can stay in USA until december 2007. Lets say that I have to travel to my country ( outside USA) after may 2006 ( after my K3 expired) , then how can I come back to USA??( assume my AOS is pending ) . By that time I dont have a valid visa to come back .. Am I correct...?? May I need a reentry permit or Advance Parole??

Assuming AOS is pending, AP sounds like the most likely route.

However, isn't K3 a multi-entry visa? I thought that you didn't lose the multi-entry aspect inherent to the K3 when you file for AOS, so you may not even need AP.

I'm not overly familiar with K3, so I'm sure someone who knows more will come and either add to that or put me straight!

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.
