Hi VJ friends

It's been a while since I have'nt been in touch well to be exact 1 month. As yall may remember I recieved my RFE on Sep28, but I never got it in the mail, they had mailed to my attorney. We got everything together and mailed it off on friday October 26. I just hope they get it by Mon/Tues. So how long do I have to wait now? Has anyone gone through this? Please responde. I'm all stressed out now this has been a long JOURNEY. I MISS MY BABY........... :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

What they requested from you in the RFE? If you sent the documents to them last friday, they may get it by tuesday but that doesnt mean they will open it and review it the same day. It ALL depends on the Service Center that works on that. Where did they ask you to mail to? Vermont? In that case, is Vermont also in state of emergency due to that storm Sandy?

If you guys sent EVERYTHING what they asked for, then all should be OK. Dont worry too much. K1 and AOS is the waiting game :wacko: You will come out stronger after this. :thumbs:

Surely if ALL is ok, the next thing you will get is the NOA2 and then they will transfer the case to the beneficiary US embassy in her/his country.

They needed more evidence cuz i just sent pictures as a proof and my statement but they asked me for dates and places on the pictures stamped passports, affidavits from friends telling them that our relationship is true proof that i was there like tickets or something they also asked me for emails between us where we were writing about our meetings!
