hi. my husband and i submitted our i-130 to texas (now at csc) on august 2, 91 days ago. we have yet to receive an approval, though it looks like there have been a number of members here who have been getting noa-2's in record time. i certainly can't begrudge them their good fortune but after a while it gets a little disconcerting. our case is so straightforward and we're incredibly easy to track (we both have had same jobs/same residences for the past ten years), so to see others passing us by is increasingly stressful.

from a few weeks of lurking i've already found out how helpful the information here can be, so when we clear this first hurdle at least i know we'll be well prepared and in good company.

who else here is over 90 days right now, with no rfe history or obvious complication, and feeling the way we do?

good luck to all of us!

Hi okapi,

It took nearly 4 and 1/2 months to get I-130 approval for me. I hope yours come through sooner, but no need to get all worried. As you have noticed some people are luckier than others but that 's how it is with USCIS, quite unpredictable. Hang in there...
