I got the letter of rejection of my visa.

But when i log in on www.uscis.gov my case number says its still on intial review still no change in status i dont know whats gona be the future.

US emabassy people visited my home and confirmed about my marriage from neighbours and everyone and then also they rejected the visa its only because they felt that its only just for the citizenship

I dont know how they will gona believe this as the time passing away life is running and our life is passing away staying away from each other.

I dont know what will happen and when will happen.

Any advice what should be the next step need to be taken.

The time to spend on issuing visa is probably not that long. However, as to AP, no one knows exactly how long it would take. It varies from case to case, weeks, months, probably rare case, years.

please anyone can tell me how much time they will take to issue the visa or how much time they will take for this administrative processing

Sorry to hear that.

There should be a way you can make an appeal. Maybe it is time to talk to an immigration attorney and ask for some specific advice.

You only have 30 days to appeal the decision so you need to move quickly. You can see an immigration attorney or do it yourself but don't waste anytime. From the beginning of your relationship you need to gather emails, chat records, phone records and anything else you have to show that you are a real couple. Letters from family and friends are good too.

You have to prove to USCIS that you married for love and not just to get a visa. I also received a NOIR saying my husband just married me for immigration benefits. I decided to get an attorney. I won my appeal and you can win yours too but please start working on gathering evidence today!
