I put my form in to the London embasy to tell them i would be ready for my interview. I put it in on the 16th september this now 28 october. I have not head back form them and the deadline is 4 months form july the 13th.

You still need to be more specific. What form are you talking about? There are several forms from point A to point B. If you are referring to scheduling an interview with the US Embassy in the UK, you might get specific answers in the UK forum here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/

Consulates are more specific to matters. All of us aren't required to send in any form for interview scheduling. For example, we did our own scheduling because this is the procedure for the Philippines. Your question appears consulate specific, but it is difficult to address your question without knowing more about this form you are talking about.

i put my Ki visa for readyness in about 1 month ago been told diffrent anwers about this. Still not heard anything

London needs your DS-2001 readiness for interview form as well as your application forms and the results of your medical exam. If all three have been sent, then you just wait. It is normally at least 3 weeks before you might expect to hear from them. When was your medical exam? You can call the Dept of State and ask if all your forms and medical have been received and logged. The embassy seems to be overbooked for November so that might be why you haven't been scheduled.

Agree you need to read the UK forum for this part of your process.

medical exam was 11th september.

To confirm, you sent the following to the embassy: DS-156, DS-156k, DS-230 (Part I only), DS-157 and DS-2001? Have you called the Dept. of State line to confirm they've logged them all? If not, you should do that soon. Alas, Hurricane Sandy will complicate that for you a bit as the federal government is closed on Monday due to the storm.

i called them today and was told my interview would not be untill next febuary march.

Did you put a wedding date of April or something in your cover letter requested with the DS-2001? You medical will expire after six months. Actually I've never heard them say a projected date. Who /what number did you call?

Can you provide more details? For example, what specifically did you ask when you called? No one can assist you if you just continue to provide one sentence answers.

I would recommend calling the Dept. of State, hopefully they will reopen on Wednesday, and checking on the case that way. Or, you can call the extortion line again and request a code so you can send an email to the embassy to get more specific information on your case. When you call the UK number, it's not actually at the embassy, which is likely why you're being told different things each time and why they're speculating on the interview date. If you go the email route, be specific and include dates of when you sent in the DS forms (156, 156k, 230), when you had the medical, and when you sent in the DS-2001 readiness letter.
