I looked on USCIS for Dallas and it says if your contacting about a case you should first contact the customer services number 800 375 5283 if its gone past the processing time. No contact number is provided for the Dallas office itself. So maybe you cannot contact them

I dont know, I just dont know how we are supposed to know where our case is if the MSC numbers don't have our online status updated!

11/20/12 .. File was transferred to my "local field office" (Seattle)

12/14/12 .. Touch! Officially online!

01/22/13 .. NOA2 date (95 days)

Married : August 22,2012 in Belgium

USCIS

Califonia Service Center

Sep 24,2012 - I-130 send to Phoenix Lockbox

Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

NVC

Jan 28, 2013 - NVC received case

Ok I spent about a half hour on hold just to be told by a LOVELY woman (seriously, she was super nice) that the best thing to do is to email uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov with the receipt number and report that the online status is not showing up. She said sometimes the cases get sent to offices that do not have tech staff (makes sense).

She said after the email, I should see it online in 2-3 days if they can get it online.

So we'll see! Itd be nice to be able to see the status online to ease my mind and not have to be on hold for a half hour again!!

When we called USCIS they said that MSC numbers don't work online.

The weird thing was, we got notification of our NOA2 by just by chance checking online- and it showed as approved. Then it showed us when it had been sent to NVC - so by the time we actually didn't really need the information, it was working! Pretty dumb!

Yeah thats what Im curious about, too. Mine says "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing." on the first letter I got. Wondering if it will transfer elsewhere or get processed there.

Mine says this too - no information on it being transferred to another office but it is still early, I just got NOA1 about 12 days ago - no hard copy but they said 7-10 days and it should be arriving in Chile at my place in Chile so I expect that to take a few more days..

Have you been able to check your status online? I can't, I know it says to wait for the hard copy, but I keep checking everyday regardless - is there a different number on the hard copy??

My local office would also be Seattle for I based on that graph I am hoping it just stays at NBC..

Yeah but you got an expedite (lucckkkkyy :P)

We shall be waiting like all the others. But hopefully this little trick with the webmaster helps?

I will continue to check the online status EVERY DAY. Haha. Even though a watched pot never boils, I want to see the first bubble!

The closest office to us is Dallas will that mean it is in Dallas? Is there anyway we can check to assure which office it is actually at?

That office is in Irving. I officed in the building next door for a year, it was really strange to see it.

It's huge, with parking space for 500 cars.

i am surprised when people say their MSC case # is not working online. our case was sent straight to NBC and from there they sent us our NOA 1 with MSC number with their address at the bottom. as soon as i got the hard copy, i checked online and was able to see the status as "initial review".

Can you guy clarify something for me. I mailed the I-130 application to the lockbox in Chicago. I received the NOA1 with an USCIS Office Address in Lee's Summit, MO. I can not check the processing time for this location. MSC1******** does not exist. Has anyone had any luck tracking their application?
