Hey guys. So I know everyone since August seems to have been transferred to the NBC. I got my hard copy NOA1 today and realize that mine doesn't mention being transferred to a field office. Does yours?

Do some stay at NBC and some go to their field office?

If so, did you get a separate notification that yours was transferred? And was that via email or mail?

09/05/12 .. Got Married in Santa Barbara, CA

USCIS:

09/26/12 .. I-130 Sent

10/07/12 .. I-130 Returned. Checkmarks did not print. Doh!

10/15/12 .. I-130 Sent AGAIN

10/19/12 .. NOA1 date

11/20/12 .. File was transferred to my "local field office" (Seattle)

12/14/12 .. Touch! Officially online!

01/22/13 .. NOA2 date (95 days)

NVC:

01/28/13 .. NVC receives case

02/11/13 .. Case number assigned

02/12/13 .. AOS bill paid

02/14/13 .. AOS bill shown PAID

02/14/13 .. AOS packet sent

02/26/13 .. AOS Checklist received

02/26/13 .. IV bill paid

02/26/13 .. IV packet and AOS Checklist packet sent

Yes i got a letter from USCIS that it was transferred to MO and then to a local office. and my local office is Atlanta . even i have read about an august filler who got transferred and this person got his NOA 2 already. it took 36 days. So we hope ours come very soon also.

How long after it was transferred to the MSC did you get the notice that it went to the local office?

you just got your NOA1 this month. you have to wait. we got the notice the third day through the mail.

and then you can check on their website USCIS to know where your local office is. am sure they will still transfer you to your local office. That is how they did to everybody's petition starting from August filers

I don't like the look of Seattle's office. A higher ratio of Pending to Completes! Too many pending, not enough complete!

We send the I-130 to Phoenix, California Service Center send it to NBC...and that's all I know.

I can check my case status though..initial review

when you track your petition on the USCIS website, you see that is in initial review, is there any note beside it ? and what does it say
