How long does it usually takes to receive visa once interview is approved?

Can anyone please share their experience?

5/15/2012 Sent I-129F package

5/24/2012 Received NOA1

8/15/2012 NOA2

8/21/2012 NVC case number received

8/27/2012 Reached consulate/embassy in Japan

How long does it usually takes to receive visa once interview is approved?

Can anyone please share their experience?

Took about a week for us, check our signature dates. Delivery dates can vary from one interviewing consulate/embassy to another.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I got my visa stamped in my passport in about 2 weeks after the interview. Some people get it in 1 week others in 2. I guess it all depends on how busy that embassy is.

It varies according to consulate and how quickly they are at putting your paperwork together. Everyone goes through AP, but length depends upon Consulate. I am in AP now, but I am delayed due to the Hurricane, so I am just waiting. Hopefully it will be this week.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey
