I am a naturalized U.S citizen. I want to bring my fiancee to the U.S..Should I marry her in the Phillippines while I am there or file a fiance visa since I will be there anyway. Which process will get her here faster. Please also specify which documents I need to bring with me.

K-1 fiancee visa will get her to the US slightly faster. About a month sooner if the process is started at the same as the spousal visa. However, to even file for the spousal visa CR-1, you need to be married, and in possession of your marriage certificate. K-1 process you can start today already, only requirement is that you're engaged and have met in person in the last two years.

The CR-1 visa however is more cost effective, and your then wife will have a green card the moment she enters the US.
