When I provide my tax history, how many years must you show?

I have 2011's taxes, and come the time I'll need to turn this in, I'll have 2012, but 2010 is sketchy.

I went through a lot of ####### with the IRS denying my husband's ITIN so technically the taxes that I have copies of that I actually, physically turned in, are not what was processed. I filed as joint, and they refunded based on single.

you will need 3 years. Best to obtain tax transcripts from the last 3 years from the IRS.
