DS-260's (When immigrating with child)

I received a confirmation email from NVC on the 10th of October. Our lawyer had to re submit our DS-260 electronically because Montreal Consulate no longer accepts DS-230 (Paper form). I only received one confirmation email with my daughters name on it not mine. We can't call the lawyer office because it's a weekend to find out if it's another one of their screw ups. So do two DS-260's need to be submitted electronically? if 2 were submitted would I have gotten two confirmation emails and not just one?... Thanks for the help it's really appreciated.
